GoToMeeting Instructions

GoToMeeting allows you to host an online meeting with up to 15 people.  The people invited to the meeting do not need to have a GoToMeeting subscription or the GoToMeeting software installed on their computer.  You can host and attend a meeting from either a Mac or PC computer. Once you schedule a meeting, invited people get a web link via email. By clicking on the link, they can join the meeting at the schedule date and time.  GoToMeeting allows you to share any application on your computer in real time with the people attending the meeting.  You can also give control of your screen to any of the invited participants.

Scheduling Instructions

A calendar for GoToMeeting has been created, and can be viewed at the following link:

If the time slot you need is available, and you would like to schedule a meeting, please contact Laura Burris (706-542-2461 or ldburris@uga.edu) in the CRSS main office. Once your time slot has been approved, you may log in to GoToMeeting to create your meeting invitation.
